Patricia Blake provides leadership utilizing process improvement methodology and informatics, incorporating evidence-based cardiovascular care to achieve the highest level of clinical excellence, outcomes, efficiency and resource management to improve the health and care of patients. Patricia is an RN with a Masters in Nursing Science. She is certified as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. She has worked extensively in the field of cardiology at the bedside and the past 20 years in Quality and Patient Safety. She also teaches an online course for advanced degree nurses in Quality and Informatics at The Ohio State College of Nursing. She has extensive background in the ACC-NCDR and STS registries, AHA Get with the Guidelines Atrial Fib and Heart Failure Registries and recently the STS Vascular Registry. She has presented at the ACC-NCDR annul meetings and will be presenting at this year's 2022 VAM meeting.
