Dr. Gifford is a vascular and endovascular surgeon with Hartford HealthCare in Hartford CT. He serves as the Director of vascular and endovascular surgery and as the Co-director of the limb preservation program for Eastern CT. He is an Assistant Professor at UConn. Dr. Gifford's clinical and research interests include limb preservation, open and endovascular therapy for lower extremity arterial and venous disease, as well as quality improvement and surgical education.
