Dr. Faulk is a suma cum laude graduate of LSU in Baton Rouge. He received his MD from LSU in New Orleans before moving to Nashville, TN where he attended Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He completed his general surgery training at Vanderbilt and stayed to complete a Vascular fellowship at Vanderbilt and Saint Thomas Hospital. He then joined the faculty at Saint Thomas where he serves as the Chief of Vascular Surgery and assistant professor of surgery for Univeristy of Tennessee Health Science in Nashville. He has an interest in all aspects of vascular surgery with an emphasis on complex aortic procedures, aneurysmal disease, cerebral vascular disease, and limb salvage. Within the realm of limb salvage and ambulation preservation, he has a particular interest in advancing amputation techniques.
