Dr. Chang is the Assistant Chair of Vascular Surgery for Kaiser Permanente Northen California. He provides clinical care in the Bay Area (San Francisco, CA,USA) and is also an adjunct investigator at the Kaiser Permanente Division of Research (Oakland, CA,USA). He is active in the education of residents and fellows with affiliation with the UCSF training program. He trained in General Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine (New Haven, CT,USA) and completed a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (Lebanon, NH, USA).
