Elda Chiara Colacchio, MD

Dr Colacchio achieved her Medical Degree at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, in Rome. She subsequently completed Vascular Surgery training at the University of Padova, Italy. During her residency, she spent two years in France, working in Bordeaux and Paris. Her training allowed her to develop skills on complex endovascular procedures, laparoscopic aortic repair and open repair. Dr Colacchio is now a research fellow at the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Unit of the University of Padova. She is mainly interested in complex aortic repair and aorto-iliac occlusive disease.
