Summary: This video demonstrates the technique of a trapdoor visceral endarterectomy along with an aortobiiliac bypass for a patient with a coral reef atheroma of the visceral aorta and aortoiliac occlusive disease. The patient presented with short distance claudication and had evidence of chronic renal malperfusion, both of which were resolved upon recovery.
