Summary: This is a 33 year old male with CHARGE syndrome and a history of double aortic arch causing tracheal and esophageal compression. Cross sectional imaging showed a 40 mm right subclavian artery aneurysm with dominant right vertebral artery coming off of it, aberrant left subclavian artery and separate origins of the bilateral common carotid arteries from the aortic arch. He underwent total aortic arch replacement providing a left sided arch to relieve the compression of the trachea and esophagus with bypass to the right axillary artery, reimplantation of the vertebral arteries and bilateral common carotid arteries.
